The house is located atop a hill on the eastern side of the island of Martinique. If you locate the city/town of Le Vauclin on the Eastern coast (it's about the same latitude as the airport is on the west side of the island). The town of Vauclin sits on the Baie du Vauclin (which is Vauclin Bay I assume). On the north side of the bay there is a point. On the google map, the point does not have a name but it sits between the "Baie du Vauclin" and a small island named "ile Petite Grenade". The road names seem a bit confusing, if they are named correctly, but the road that runs to the end of the point and allows access to what I guess would be considered the driveway of the house is called "Anse Maroquet". The house is the building on the north side of the road. There are two buildings on the site. You can tell that this is the house by looking at the shape of the driveway near the house, the way it loops around a tree. You can also look at the driveway and orient yourself to the angles at which the characters approach the house in the movie. Also if you zoom in you can see the windows that are on all four sides of the roof that can clearly be seen on the house in the movie. While watching the movie go to the scene when pierce brosnan and Rene Russo are driving to the house when they arrive. As they approach the mountain there is a piece of land that juts out toward the island to the north west "ile petite grenade" that points out west from the house toward the island. With the satellite view you can see the same structure on the point that exists in the movie as the characters approach the mountain. You see it on screen to the left of the mountain and on the left side of your screen almost at the very bottom (widescreen format) very briefly. In addition with the aerial shot as the camera spins around the house in the movie you can see the other structure with the reddish roof that sits on the souther side of the point where the house is. Also if you switch the terrain mode on the google maps. The topographical information clearly puts this house at the top of a large hill just like in the movie. Beautiful house beautifull location.
